Mariana Di Rezze
Principal
Mariana Di Rezze is an accomplished strategist in government relations, political fundraising, business development, marketing, communications, and public relations.
Before co-founding ONpoint, Mariana was instrumental in establishing RevGen Professional Fundraising, where she served political clients across all levels of government. Her career includes holding senior positions with the PC Ontario Fund, the Office of the Premier of Ontario, Toronto City Hall, and within the private sector.
Mariana's deep understanding of the intricate government policy landscape, her consistent ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and her unwavering commitment to serve clients position her to deliver exceptional outcomes for ONpoint's clientele consistently.

Nico Fidani-Diker
Principal
Nico Fidani is a business and community development tactician with an exceptional level of expertise and an unmatched network of relationships cultivated throughout provincial and municipal governments and in corporate Ontario.
Prior to co-founding ONpoint, Nico held a range of senior roles within the Office of the Premier of Ontario, PC Party of Ontario, Mayor of Toronto, and in a variety of provincial and municipal campaign war rooms. He has worked closely with, and advised both Premier Doug Ford and Mayor Rob Ford on key public policy.

Krystle Caputo
Senior Consultant
Krystle Caputo brings extensive and diverse private and public sector experience together to serve ONpoint clients.
In addition to entrepreneurship, she has held executive positions as a project manager, art director, and director of communications. Most recently, Krystle served as Chief of Staff to the third largest ministry under the Ford Government, overseeing an annual budget of $20 billion. Her professional and philanthropic contributions have been recognized with a 40 Under 40 award.
ONpoint’s clients benefit from her portfolio experience which includes supporting major industries such as tourism, petroleum, environment, parks, long-term care, municipal affairs, and housing.

David Morgado
Senior Consultant
David Morgado is a highly experienced advisor and strategist with exceptional insights into the inner workings of government.
In addition to multiple other leadership roles, David was the Advisor of Stakeholder Relations to the Office of the Premier. He is renowned for building strong relationships with a variety of groups and individuals to drive positive change for the province. David also spent several years working closely with Premier Doug Ford in the role of Executive Assistant.
David’s unique track record, collaborative approach, and strategic focus have earned him a reputation as a trusted partner who delivers insightful, winning solutions to ONpoint’s clients.

Christopher Mourtos
Senior Consultant
Christopher Mourtos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in political fundraising, strategy development, and campaign management.
Prior to his work in fundraising, Christopher served as a Director of Business Development where he was responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. His excellent communication and relationship-building skills enabled him to forge strong partnerships that resulted in bringing new industry to Ontario.
Christopher’s in-depth, unique understanding of the provincial, national and global political landscape, coupled with his strategic planning and execution skills, are instrumental in helping ONpoint’s clients achieving successful outcomes.

Ellen Gouchman
Consultant
Ellen Gouchman brings ONpoint clients a skillful approach to municipal affairs, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
Named one of Toronto’s top 10 lobbyists in 2024, Ellen is known for her ability to navigate municipal processes and advance strategic initiatives. Prior to joining ONpoint, she served as a Community and Stakeholder Relations Advisor to a Toronto City Councillor, where she led city-wide policy initiatives, developed communications strategies, and managed high-profile projects.
Ellen also brings experience from the non-profit sector, where she honed her skills in advocacy and fundraising. Beyond her professional work, she co-founded Support Ukraine CA, a non-profit e-commerce venture that donates 100% of its profits to humanitarian aid in Ukraine.”
